I called AW to ask why they can sell it cheaper and I was given the answer that they are not a authorized dealer so I would not have the Tag Warranty. This concerned me a bit so I called Tag and they confirmed this. I was still a little concerned spending this kind of money online so I used may amex incase this was a fraudulent company. I have to say that everything was as expected. I had my new watch in 2 days. I took it to a jeweler to have it sized and they confirmed it was authentic and I will definitely buy from them again. The rip off reports are all about delay in repairs and things of that nature. I could not find one post about them selling knock offs or ripping you off. These people are caddy morons. I had a great experience. Shop with confidence with this online retailer. Watch out for em.

Customer Comment: I was reluctant to make a $2500 purchase thru an internet vendor but the watch came one day after ordering and was as advertised, brand new with all documents and packaging. I can't speak for returns or exchanges but their policy is spelled out on their site. I saved more than the standard 20% that jewelry stores will give you, plus no sales tax. I recommend you know exactly what you want before you order. They do size the band for you. They have the best prices you can get on premier name brand watches.

Customer Comment: Just Purchased a Breitling Montbrillant Olympus with the moon phase. The watch came in a very secure package via FedEx, which required a signature and ID. The watch was amazing, but it was not sized. I had to go to Breitling dealer to size it which cost me $21. The Authorized dealer authenticated the watch and sized it correctly. Once I put it on the watch was amazing. He did tell me that the watch retails for $9500.00 tax. The watch works flawlessly, and I would deffinately would buy from these guys again
