How can I verify that the timepiece I have purchased is authentic?

We have been in business for 40 years and operating solely online since 2001. We are among the largest online retailers of watches, jewelry and accessories in the world. In the thousands of orders we’ve processed over several decades, all items have been 100% authentic. All items we sell originate from manufacturers of the brand, which is how we ensure authenticity. It is also illegal to sell replicas. If we had sold a replica once in the past, we would have been shut down a long time ago.

Once you have received an item, the authenticity can be confirmed locally by any reputable watch dealer. *Note: If submitting your timepiece for verification to a local dealer, we suggest informing the dealer that you received the timepiece as a gift in order to obtain an honest assessment of authenticity, as the dealer may not take kindly to having lost business to another vendor at a lower price.

How could you sell these items for such a low price?

We are not an authorized dealer of the brands that we carry, so we are not required to sell our watches at the manufacturer’s mandated price. Furthermore, we buy and sell our products wholesale in enormous volume. Our business is driven through our high sales volume as opposed to the markup on each watch. Authorized dealers on the other hand have a 50 - 100% markup on their watches and they need it because they have a very small volume of sales. You may rest assured that all watches we sell are 100% authentic. All items we purchase originate from the manufacturer, which is how we ensure authenticity.

Will my purchase come with the manufacturer warranty?

All watches we sell are shipped with the manufacturer box and manual (unless otherwise noted on the product page). All items will come with the serial numbers intact on the item. The certificate of authenticity and warranty card will be issued from If a problem should arise with the watch, you must ship it back to us. We will then send it back to the supplier which the item originated from, who will forward it to the service center.

Our warranty is an advantage as we always match or exceed the warranty period provided by the manufacturer. Furthermore, our turnaround time is usually half that of the manufacturer repair time frame. Lastly, we offer free battery replacement for all quartz watches purchased through for the lifetime of your ownership, whereas dealers can charge upwards of $100 per replacement.

Do I have to pay any taxes if I order online?

All orders that include a California address (in either billing or shipping fields) will be subject to a 7.25% sales tax.

All international customers will be liable for any duties, tariffs or VAT that may be assessed for importing a package into your country. Please contact your nation’s customs in order to obtain specific information about what may be assessed. Please note that we cannot declare the package as a gift.

How can I tell if an item is in stock and available for immediate shipping?

All items that are in stock and are ready for immediate shipping will state " IN STOCK " in green at the top right of the page, as well as in the item description. If an item is not in stock, the lead time for that item will be indicated in the item description.

How soon will my order ship?

In stock orders placed through PayPal or Amazon Payments will receive expedited processing and typically ship same day or within one business day. All in stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For items that are not in stock, the item page will indicate an estimated lead time for shipping.

I have just received a tracking number from you, however FedEx does not have any record of my shipment.

Tracking numbers are generated at the time of processing and emailed to you immediately, however they cannot be tracked at until after 5pm Pacific Standard Time (8pm Eastern Time). After that time, your package can be tracked at, or by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX (463-3339).

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

All orders over $500 will receive Free Overnight Shipping within the 50 United States. We also offer Free International Shipping on orders over $500. All items below $500 ship free of charge within the 50 United States via FedEx Express Saver. For international orders below $500, there is a $25 fee for standard international shipping via FedEx.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • For orders below $5,000, we can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Payments, or bank wire transfer.
  • For orders between $5,000 and $10,000, the only acceptable forms of payment are PayPal, Amazon Payments, or bank wire transfer.
  • For orders above $10,000, the only acceptable form of payment is a bank wire transfer.

How can I get a further discount on my purchase?

If paying in full via bank wire transfer, we can offer the following discounts for orders over $1,000:

  • Domestic Orders, individual items under $10,000: 3% off of listed sale price
  • International Orders, individual items under $10,000: 2% off listed sale price
