There is really only one complaint I have, and that is when I reset the meter, the hand does not go back to the 12 o'clock position, it goes just slightly over to the left. Customer Comment: I was reluctant to make a $2500 purchase thru an internet vendor but the watch came one day after ordering and was as advertised, brand new with all documents and packaging. I can't speak for returns or exchanges but their policy is spelled out on their site. I saved more than the standard 20% that jewelry stores will give you, plus no sales tax. I recommend you know exactly what you want before you order. They do size the band for you. They have the best prices you can get on premier name brand watches.

The watch was amazing, but it was not sized. I had to go to Breitling dealer to size it which cost me $21. The Authorized dealer authenticated the watch and sized it correctly. Once I put it on the watch was amazing. He did tell me that the watch retails for $9500.00 tax. The watch works flawlessly, and I would deffinately would buy from these guys again
